As an Avilinga customer, you will be assigned your own experienced Project Manager as a point of contact. Their job is to ensure all your day-to-day translation needs run smoothly. Their tasks include:
Ensuring uploaded files are properly formatted for translation.
Supervising translation workflows and ensuring deadlines are met.
Managing, training and onboarding your linguists.
Technical proofreading of all web files and other special formats.
Compiling and maintaining your brand glossaries and style guidelines.
Liaising with all translation stakeholders across your regional outstations (e.g. content managers, reviewers, etc).
Providing general support regarding all operational demands, including SLAs, word counts, file transfers, system updates and specific requests.
