- Ensuring uploaded files are properly formatted for translation.
- Supervising translation workflows and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Managing, training and onboarding your linguists.
- Technical proofreading of all web files and other special formats.
- Compiling and maintaining your brand glossaries and style guidelines.
- Liaising with all translation stakeholders across your regional outstations (e.g. content managers, reviewers, etc).
- Providing general support regarding all operational demands, including SLAs, word counts, file transfers, system updates and specific requests.
